About the Role

JAPR Inc. is building a roster of Project Coordinators and Project Administrators to support enterprise IT programs at provincial government clients. This role is the backbone of program execution — keeping budgets, schedules, vendors, and deliverables aligned with the program plan.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain project schedules, action logs, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and action items
  • Manage project documentation, repositories (SharePoint/Confluence), and version control
  • Support project managers with status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates
  • Coordinate vendor and consultant onboarding, time approvals, and invoice review

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Project Control Analyst on IT projects
  • Strong proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in structured project environments with formal PMO processes
  • Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting public sector IT programs
  • Exposure to SAP or large ERP implementation programs
  • CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 Foundation certification
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Located in or willing to relocate to / travel onsite to Winnipeg, MB
